Cherrywood Art Fair

This year's event is around the corner on at Maplewood Elementary School. We'd love to have you on board as a volunteer!
The Cherrywood Art Fair has become an East Austin tradition with 85+ local artists selling their wares, live music on our outdoor stage, family entertainment, and Austin food trailer favorites. Also, all profits from the fair fund Chula League's Little Artist/Big Artist program, enriching the lives of Austin kids through art. All great things that you can support with a few hours of your time!
We need 100+ volunteers to make it all happen. All shifts are 2-4 hours long and happen on December (TBA). A variety of roles are available: set-up, decoration and banner-hanging, silent auction set-up and closing, artist relief, greeters, artist load-in and load-out, traffic flow, green room upkeep, food running from local restaurants, family fun area, and information and guest services. We have opportunities for individuals and groups of all sizes and ages.
What do you get out of the deal?
  • Sweet treats and snacks from the Green Room
  • A fabulous networking experience with people who do cool things
  • An opportunity to get involved and make Austin the most fabulous city in the world!
  • Being an official member of East Austin's longest-running Art Fair
  • Enjoy 85+ creative makers, 7 local food purveyors, and 12 bands when you wrap up your shift!
Thank for your support. We couldn't do it without you!
